Priorities

After a week of being too busy to write, think or appreciate, this is one of the saddest articles I’ve ever read.

    If Bell’s performance that day invoked any where near the feeling of the Red Viloin soundtrack that brings tears to my eyes every time I watch that film, not only would I have stopped to listen, but would have turned awy from work and gone right back home when he finished, using a prized sick day for reflection, and imediately smash my radio for playing Avril’s “Girlfriend” for the thirtieth time, and shed a very different kind of tears.
